I dare say there is not a single dance floor on this planet, regardless of continent, age, colour or sexual orientation, that would not dance to this. That would not totally TAKE OFF to it. That floor does simply not exist. And I don’t care how hipster the crowd is. Or how underground. Or how credible the VIP room feels they are. They will fucking go mental.

This is fun fodder for the floor. It has that groovy, tight, happy club vibe that many will recognise from around the turn of the century. But is it “retro”? Don’t be too sure! Because, for me it seems this sound is on the way back to the floors again, after a period dominated by a harder and more aggressive type tech house.

Read onToday my pick is a track with a playful beat. It sports a lighter atmosphere than what I typically fall for in my techno/tech house selections.
In addition to the really sexy wooden stab (whom we’ve heard before but is really well used here) there’s all these little details especially during the first half of the track that is just so darn bouncy!
